Gathering of the Intercessors

It was with tremendous excitement and anticipation that many Prophets, Pastors, Evangelists, and Intercessors came, from every direction, to gather together unto the Lord, here in Vero Beach, Florida.

Claren and Nancy McQueen came to lead us in worship. They were a blessing as they led us right in to the Throne Room

Rhonda Burnett and her dance team came from Melbourne, and Caroline Miller and her dance team came from Ft. Pierce to  join us. Many from other states came to gather together with those of like calling. We had incredible unity, all to the glory of God!

Friday evening our focus was on Israel. After the candle lighting and blessings, Mary Naylor sounded the shofar, and Sally Mishkin  sounded God's heart beat on the drum, as He called us in to worship/intercession.

After a lengthy time of deep, intimate worship, I answered some of the questions that many had been asking in the days leading up to the gathering. Most were questions about Israel and the Jews. The Lord also had me share four questions He had asked me prior to the gathering. "My Daughter, how is it that many of those who are called by My Name will not come and bow down before Me to seek My face? Why is it that they are so concerned with their own agendas, even in what they are praying for? Why are they not crying out to Me with their whole heart? If it was their own son, would they not cry out to Me to touch him? " 

A few minutes later, He said to me, "Tell MY Church to cry out to Me, and travail for My own Son, Israel! Tell them to cry out to me with fasting and travail so that My own people, those I gave My life for, will come to know Me, search their hearts and repent of their sins, and receive Me as their Lord, King, and Messiah!"

I shared from the Book of Ezekiel on the covenants God has made with the Land and the Jews. After the Word was received we began to pray for Israel and her people, and then we began to proclaim His Holy Name and His Holy Word over the Land and her people. Then we entered once again in to worship.

As we closed the evening out, Claren sang the Aaronic blessing over us,  and then as everyone left the ball room, they passed under the Chupa, which is symbolic of God's covering over His people. It was a blessed evening in Him.

Saturday morning we all came back together again. Before we even began  to worship, the Lord had me share with everyone His heart concerning our worship throughout the weekend, and what He wanted to accomplish deep within us.

He said there are too many divisions within the Body of Messiah. Walls have been erected that must be brought down, and He said that He Himself wanted to do that as we worship Him with all we have within us.

He spoke of walls of separation because of racism, gender, and status. He said that He will not allow these walls to remain standing!

He spoke of walls of ministry position, and insensitivity, as well as addictions and sin. All of this must be dealt with. Pride, Strife, and Arrogance will not remain standing! They are coming down!

He spoke of all the walls that have been erected round about our hearts because of years of hurts, abuse, and rejection. He said that if we would be willing to forgive, He would bring down the walls and cleanse our hearts to bring the healing. It is time for all of us to forget the past and move on with Him!

He spoke of walls of circumstances that are hindering many of us from moving out in our calling. He said that all of those things that have hindered us from stepping out in to our calling He will no longer tolerate. We will witness a 'suddenly' as they come tumbling down, down, down. It's time to take our places!

After an awesome time of worship, I shared from the Book of Esther. We all know the story, so I will just zero in on the part concerning Esther having to leave everyone and everything that she held dear and was familiar with. She had to submit herself to Hegai for a time of preparation before she could go in to the King.

While she was in that hidden away place, her thoughts turned inward. I'm sure she did a lot of reflecting during that time. Mordecai was faithful in checking on her each day, just as the Holy Spirit keeps close watch on us when He has us hidden away in that quiet, desert place.

Esther found great favor with Hegai. He lavished perfumes and oils upon her. She had seven maidens assigned to take care of all of her needs, and they were given a very special place in the Harem.

One day she heard Mordecai travailing out at the city gate. She immediately sent clothing to him so he would take off the sack cloth. However, he sent it right back to her.

Esther then sent someone to him to ask why he was fasting and travailing. He, in turn, sent word to her to tell her the Jews were being threatened and she needed to go in to the King to intercede for them.

Well, that was not what Esther wanted to hear. She sent word right back telling Mordecai that if she were to go in to the king without an invitation it would mean death.

Mordecai sent word right back to her telling her that she need not think that she, as a Jew, would be safe just because she was in the Palace. He said that another deliverer would be raised up to help the Jews but she and her family would die. He said, 'Who knows, perhaps you have come tothe Kingdom for such a time as this!" 

Esther was convicted right away. She told Mordecai to call the Jews to fast and pray for three days and nights, and she and her maidens would do the same. Then she would go in to the king, and she said, "If I perish, I perish!"

At that point, the Lord had me share that many of us who were gathered together have been in the hidden away place, in a desert place, for a time of extreme testing and preparation. It's been long enough to allow us to begin to feel secure and comfortable. Even indifferent to the call of God to awaken and focus upon Him. He said it is time for us to look to Him for direction, then take our proper place as Watchmen on the Walls. Time is short! Persecution is coming to the Church here in America. He said we should not think that just because we live in America that persecution can't touch us. He said we are no different than our brothers and sisters in Sudan, China, Russia, Cuba or any of the Islamic countries. It is coming to America and we need to prepare and make ready. It is even at our door.  

He had me tell them that in the days ahead He is going to flood the nations with short term missions. Many of us who were gathered together would be called to go. He said that we could have been set down any place in history, but we have been set down for such a time as this! He called us to rise up and take or places!

Many began to come to the front to share what God has been speaking to them, and how He has been leading and teaching them. The testimonies were great! We were all strengthened and encouraged!

After lunch we entered in to serious worship, repentance, and intercession. Before closing the weekend out, the Lord began to minister to the intercessors on a personal basis. There was a lot of physical healing as well as the deep inner healing. There were new ministries birthed as well.

Let me leave you with three words that the Lord spoke to all of us. He told us that He is about to manifest Himself in ways we have never known before. Then He said, "Watch now, as I begin to bring forth those I have prepared in the quiet place!"  "Yielding and Surrender are My Words for this season!"  "Honesty and Integrity are the two qualities that I want you to function in!"

It was truly a blessed Gathering of the Intercessors here in Vero Beach. Pray about joining us in the future.
