Shalom & Blessings,

I’ve just returned from Macon, GA where many of us answered a prophetic call for a Gathering of the Nations to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles. This Feast is also known as the Feast of Ingathering, and it is the only one of the Feasts of the Lord which has yet to be fulfilled. What a dynamic celebration it was!

Paul Wilbur led worship Friday and Saturday night and there was such incredible freedom and unity of spirit. When the whole House of Israel comes together as one new man, as God intended us to be, it creates a synergy that you don’t have at any other time.

Paul believes that his calling is to both the Church and the Jewish community, to build bridges of reconciliation between them. He calls to the Body of Messiah worldwide to take up their place on the walls of their lives, congregations, cities, and nations, and to be faithful, prayerful, and watchful during this most prophetic hour.

During the day time sessions Michael and Gina Walker, strongly committed believers in Messiah Yeshua, led us in worship. Their passion to worship our Lord has a contagiousness that draws the Body of Messiah to the very throne of grace. Their calling is to help the Body of Messiah to move back to the biblical pattern for praise and worship, as well as to encourage other believers in their love for the God of Israel.

Although there was no shortage of shofar blowers, there was an exceptional team of men who sounded their shofars like nothing any of us had ever heard before. As they went up the center aisle in perfect cadence, it so reminded me of the Israelis, and the way they march in perfect cadence, along with the Christians, during the Jerusalem March in Israel at the Feast of Tabernacles each year. What a blessing they were, and all of the Davidic dancers, as well. It was so refreshing!

Like Rebecca Fryman said, "It is the next best thing to being in Jerusalem for the Feast!"

This Feast was a special blessing for me, for I didn’t have all the headaches that go along with pulling a gathering of this type together.

I was able to relax and worship My Lord. Also I was able to celebrate it with some very dear friends. Lawrence & Iris Haby, Betty Laster, Johna Veatch, Rebecca Fryman and Kathy Grigsby were all there from Kentucky.

Paul & Joane Gelep, Ruth Allen, and Linda Forbus were there from Tennessee. Michael & Mary Lynn Laughlin were there from North Carolina, and Raymond & Mylinda Pearson were there from Atlanta, GA. To be able to worship and celebrate with all of them made it so special. A blessed time was had by us all!

*God’s Message to the Church *

His message to the Church is "repent and do the first works". To those of us who have been in the wilderness, we are being brought to a total end of ourselves. We thought we had allowed Abba to deal deeply with things in our lives, but SURPRISE! He is bringing up things from way down deep that we thought had been taken care of, only to find that while the top of the plant had been severed from the root, there was the root hidden below with its little side roots still embedded in our hearts. These are what Abba is revealing and delivering us from now.

Only God knows why He has allowed our suffering to continue for what seems like an indefinite period of time. (Job and Joseph are examples).

Perhaps until now we were not ready for what He is about to do in us and through us.

Abba is allowing the pain from these roots to cause us to cry out to Him for help and healing. Tears, anger, bitterness, hatred, revenge, sorrow, grief, all coming up from the depths of us as God is doing His powerful work of transformation in us. Many of these old wounds are due to the enemy using others (particularly loved ones) to steal, kill, and destroy the visions of faith, hope, destiny, and inheritance that Abba has deposited within us, to the point that we wonder if we heard Him correctly, or if He even remembers us at all.

I’m sure that Joseph must have felt the same way, being that his own brothers envied, betrayed, and sold him in to slavery, then having to endure seduction, false accusation, and imprisonment. But, GOD REMEMBERED Joseph and decreed an end to his sufferings. By HIS SPIRIT working and moving upon the minds and hearts of other people He delivered Joseph and promoted him into his destiny.

I believe with all of my heart that He is once again extending GREAT GRACE to whosoever will call upon His Name. He is giving us a refresher course on how His grace works, and reminding us that He is still the One who turns the hearts of the kings, and all those in authority, to do His pleasure and will regarding us. Not by their efforts could the Nation of Israel be delivered at the Red Sea or at Jericho. It was GOD ALONE, by His unmerited grace that gave them the victory and crushed their enemies, bringing them in to their destined land. They simply had to be faithful and obedient to do what He told them, and He did the rest.

Once again, by His Spirit, He is moving not only in our own hearts to heal them, but in the hearts and minds of all those who, like Joseph’s fellow former inmate, are preparing to cause us to come into ‘remembrance’ because of the anointing and callings that are upon us.

Doors will be opened, and invitations to be brought before kings, and those in authority, will come to those to whom God decrees. God’s Spirit moved a King to do a ‘late night’ study over records that showed Mordecai was in need of honoring, and so moved upon his heart to honor Mordecai ‘publicly’. "BY MY SPIRIT, saith the Lord, THESE MOUNTAINS WILL BE REMOVED"

Doing our first works pertains to turning back to our first love … Jesus! It means asking for renewal of love, searching the Scriptures, spending time with Him, listening to Him, and flowing in the Spirit as one with Him. It also means learning to worship Him anew in Spirit and Truth. It means no more denying that things are wrong, no more pretending that things are right when they are not, and no more accepting lies of the enemy concerning us, including what others speak over us that are not of the Lord. It means that we no longer accept compromise and mixture in His sacred things and works. He is shining His light upon the truth of the situations in our lives and showing us how He wants to bring deliverance and change. He is giving us the revelation and power to recognize our fleshly weaknesses so we can turn from them, cast them off, and move forward following Him, our Redeemer.

We must ask for and allow His refreshing breath to blow upon us, raise us up, renew us, restore us, empower us and move us in to our destinies, both physical and spiritual inheritances that are ours by His design. I believe that He is telling us that it is time to come in to our inheritance just as Joseph did. Remember that Joseph’s destiny was not just spiritual, but physical also, for we see that he was placed second only to Pharaoh in authority. Joseph was rewarded! "God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him". He made a promise to Israel and their destiny was a land flowing with milk and honey. I believe that there is milk and honey for us, just around the bend. May the Lord lift up your countenance and give you peace!

(Hebrews 12:12-14) This Word received from Mona McReynolds

Think about these things: There are some things that must happen to take you someplace else. There are no mountain top experiences without the climb. There is no testimony without the test. There is no victory without the battle. There is no acquittal without the trial. There is no growth without the pain of stretching. There can be no deliverance without any tribulation.

If Ever There Was a Time to Seek the Lord, It Is Now!

At the end of the Lebanon War, I heard the Lord say to me, "Josie, now is the time to prepare for the next war. There is no time to waste.

Prepare now!" I was rather shocked for I had not even begun to recover from the month of war. I sensed strongly from what I knew, what I had been reading in news reports, and from good reliable sources in the IDF that this last war was just a ‘taste’ of what is to come. Since then I have heard a number of other people, including a pastor, say the same thing. Rather than be alarmed, though, I have thanked the Lord for His graciousness to give warning.

To me, being prepared for another war is all about knowing Him, being strong in Him, and having His Word in my heart so I can use it as my weapon of defense for me, my family and Israel. It is also being able to hear Him clearly when He speaks, and gaining a deeper trust and faith in Him. How do I get to this place of knowing Him? It is called intimacy spending time in His Presence. This means sacrifice and discipline. I challenge you all to seek Him more than what you have been. What we gain and receive from Him during those intimate times is priceless and will be worth every second that we sacrifice to seek Him.

Intercessors, I say it again, it is time to prepare. I thought I was fairly prepared, but when the war came I realized that I could have been much stronger. I came out of it stronger, I pressed hard in to Him constantly, following hard after Him day in and day out, reminding Him of His Word, worshipping, trusting from the depths that had never been touched, however, I want to be even stronger and better prepared for the next round. This warning to prepare is not just for us in Israel. It is going to hit and affect the nations. It could very well hit your nation.

We must be strong for one another and for those around us in the time of battle. Once the battle is here, there is no time to prepare.

This word received from Josie Silver, ‘Out of Zion Ministries’. Let us all heed this warning!

Aliyah

A group of 218 people from a remote mountainous corner of north eastern India, descendents of one of the lost biblical tribes, will be immigrating to Israel as recognized Jews. The Aliyah of members from the Bnei Menashe community to Israel is a turning point, according to Michael Freund, who assists "lost Jews" seeking to return to the Jewish people. Most of this community converted to Christianity at the turn of the 20^th century. He said, "This is a major historical event, because these members of a lost tribe of Israel, after 27 centuries of wandering in exile, will at last be coming home."

Another group of 240 just made Aliyah from the US and Canada. This was the 7^th planeload from North America this summer, which makes a total of more than 3,000 making Aliyah this summer (2006), and the same number made Aliyah from the US last summer (2005).

As they stepped down on the tarmac there was tremendous excitement.

Relatives were there holding signs to welcome them reading: "There is No Place Like Home!" Grandchildren were holding signs reading: "And the Grandparents Shall Return to Their Borders!" One young man had a shirt on which was written as a letter to the US. It said: "Dear America, Thank you and Shalom. We Have to Go Home Now! Your Friends, The Jews."

Rabbi Fass said, "Walking down the aisle of the airplane, seeing an 85 year old, and a 5 year old sharing the same process, seeing a couple who survived the holocaust filling out their papers, and seeing single Olim (Jewish immigrants) exchanging numbers it truly is a time of redemption."

One elderly gentleman said, "For many years people have come to Israel running away from things like the holocaust and persecution, but today we are running to Israel." There are many making Aliyah right now from the UK and also from France. Let us pray for all of these new Olim, that their time of transition be smooth and easy so they are able to re-adjust quickly in a new land and new culture, while learning a new language.

Thailand Christians Need Prayer

While Thailand’s Prime Minister was in America, Thai army general Sonthi Boonyaratglin, the first Muslim to head the Buddhist nation’s army, took over the country in a bloodless coup. The area is calm, but in terms of a new political scene, there are some concerns. The Prime Minister who was de-seated was very sympathetic to Christians and Christianity. There has been a real openness during his time in leadership.

As regimes change, a Constitutional review begins, and elections loom next year. There is much that could change the freedom to evangelize.

Let us ask that God intervene in such a way that whatever decisions are made will not interfere with the openness that the believers have enjoyed as they have been evangelizing the last seven or eight years.

May Briscoe and Linda Thompson from Lexington, KY want to thank all of you who prayed for them as they participated in the massive rally for Israel in NY when the President of Iran was speaking at the UN.

Jan Wilker has returned home to Canada after three months of ministry in the Ukraine. She wrote to thank us all for the prayer support the three months she was gone. It was a busy three months for her. A very good trip! She shared that she was ministering in several outreaches, a Messianic Conference, a youth camp and preached at a congregation in Yalta, Crimea. While she was there, the Lord put her teaching and nursing skills to good use. She said, "God is really moving in Ukraine.

They are waiting and positioning themselves for the next wave. Come, Lord Jesus!"

Pastor Sadie Connor and her team are back from their Jamaica Mission.

She called to thank us for all of our prayers and to say that all of their mission trips to Jamaica have been good, but this one was super good! She said that there was incredible unity among the team members, and she was so excited about all of the healing that took place. She told me of one miracle that took place while she was preaching about the woman with the issue of blood. Abba sure does like to watch over His Word to perform it, and He does it so well!

When they are ministering in Jamaica, they also minister to 23 handicapped children, and Pastor Sadie said they are seeing a lot of changes in these children. They also meet the needs of many of Jamaica’s poor and needy.

Pastor Sadie blessed my heart when she told me that she saw Delrose while she was there. Many of you, especially those of you from Vero Beach, remember Delrose, I’m sure. I would like to ask you to pray for her as she comes to mind. Pastor Sadie said that she is doing an awesome work in Jamaica. She has planted a congregation there, and the anointing of the Lord is mighty upon both Delrose and the congregation. She is also doing a great work in caring for the poor and needy. Pastor said that Delrose is one who is sold out to God, and I know that to be true!

Bless her heart!

Speaking of Vero Beach, Kathy Leshe’ is in Israel for the Feast of Tabernacles. She will be there for two weeks. Please pray for Kathy as she comes to mind. Although she is a seasoned traveler and knows the Land, she still needs to be well bathed in prayer.

At the beginning of the Muslim holiday, Ramadan, President Bush extended his greetings to Muslims here in America and around the world. In a White House statement, he said, "Ramadan is the holiest time of the Muslim year and an important holiday. Ramadan observes the delivery of God’s Word, in the form of the Qur’an, to the prophet Muhammad. The holiday is also an opportunity to gather with friends and family, and to show thanks for God’s blessings through works of charity." He went on to say that Ramadan and the upcoming holiday seasons are good times to remember common values that bind all people together. He added that Muslim Americans enrich US society.

Let us pray much for this man. He will not let go of political correctness for truth. If you look closely at what he has spoken concerning the Word of God it is nothing less than blasphemy. Lord have mercy!

And then there is Congress! They passed a bill to award "His Holiness the Dalai Lama" the Congressional Gold Medal, our nation’s highest civilian honor in recognition of his advocacy of religious harmony.

Prison Fellowship

Prison Fellowship & Inner Change Freedom Initiative have just filed an appeal 9/13/06 with the 8^th US Circuit Court of Appeals. They have been accused of violating the separation of Church and State in the US Federal Prison Systems. Since they are ministering the Word of God on Federal and State properties, they have been ordered to shut down, and they have been ordered to repay Iowa $1.7 million dollars for services.

We really need to pray in to this for Muslims are recruiting inmates for Islam in just about every American prison, and without hindrance.

TBN Strikes Again!

As most of you know, TBN has recently put Hal Lindsey’s program, "International Intelligence Briefing" off their network, and then they put "Zola Levitt Presents" off their network. Both of these ministries were accused of being too pro-Israel and anti-Islam. Now they have ‘suddenly’ put "God’s News Behind the News" off their network for the same reasons. Can’t help but wonder who will be next?

Whose Children Are They?

The Batvia School District in western New York has rejected five parents’ requests to remove their child from high school classes taught by a transsexual teacher. The teacher, who has been "diagnosed with a transsexual disorder," is undergoing a medical transition, dressing like a woman, and is to be referred to by his students as "Mrs" according to school policy. School officials say that the teacher, who will teach about 100 students this year, is protected from discrimination under New York’s Human Rights Law.

Dr. Bill Maier, psychologist in residence for Focus on the Family, agreed with showing compassion for the troubled teacher, but opposed the school’s decision to blatantly disregard the parents’ moral protests.

"In many school districts in this country, "Maier says, "tolerance has an ominous new definition the forced acceptance of behavior that is clearly pathological."

Note: Just recently the National Education Association overwhelmingly endorsed legalizing ‘civil unions’ and "same sex marriages". Is it any wonder that the Lord keeps saying, "Weep for the children?" Let us all pray for the families who have lost children or loved ones in these last three school shootings. My heart has been so heavy for a long, long time for the children of America. I can’t pray for them without travail rising up within me.

Speaking of travail, I cannot pray for our men and women in the military without travail rising up within me. The same thing happens when I pray for the IDF.

I just received this thank you note from the boys and girls of the IDF.

It reads: "Todah Rabah! (Thank you very much). To all of you, we thank you for all of the care packages, the underwear, socks, t-shirts, snacks, ice cream and battery chargers, and all the other special gifts, too. Your support and commitment during the Emergency Campaign has given us the strength to continue our job of defending and securing

the State of Israel. We appreciate all you have done. With love," Let us pray for all of our military as they stand in the gap, laying their lives on the line, for all of us here in America and all of Israel.

*Newsletters:* We are having a lot of problems concerning the mail out of our newsletters. Several years ago we were having some problems with so many of them being returned, marked undeliverable as addressed etc. I would double check with each individual to find that they were properly addressed. After filing a complaint with the Post Office, we found the reason for that was not having the full nine digit zip code on the letters in areas where they are required. At that time you all began to send me your full zip code, we updated our data base and the problem for the most part was resolved.

In September 2004 we were relocated to Jacksonville, Florida. Shortly after that we began to have a lot of problems with our mail. Many of our newsletters were not being received, some were so damaged that they were unreadable, many were returned marked undeliverable as addressed or name unknown. After several months of receiving complaints from so many of you, and many of you calling to see why you were not receiving your newsletters, I filed another complaint with the Post Office.

They complimented me for the way we present the newsletters to them. We send them out 1,000 at a time, but they are all neatly packed in to the tubs they provide, and every piece has first class postage on it, for our mail goes all across the United States and in to foreign countries as well. We do not qualify for bulk rate postage. Our newsletters are also addressed in such a way that they are very easy to read and handle.

We make each change of address as we receive it so our database is always up to date. They admitted that there was no excuse for the way our mail is being treated. With first class postage some of our newsletters are not received for three weeks. Finally they came to the conclusion that our mail is being tampered with.

When the Lord relocated us to Brunswick, Georgia last March, I was relieved for I thought we were through with the Jacksonville Main Post Office, but not so. What I give to the Brunswick Post Office travels from here to Jacksonville Post Office before being sent out, therefore we are still having problems. This month alone I had many calls wanting to know if I was still sending out newsletters. Some had not received them for the last three months. Therefore we are praying about how to handle the problem.

We can write them in letter form and put them in envelopes to send them out for the same amount of postage, however we will only have three pages front and back to work with. That is probably the way we are going to go, for the Post Office makes no move to find out who is doing the tampering. So please bear with me, and do let me know if you do not receive your newsletters. I am keeping a tally sheet.

*Thank You! *May I take this opportunity to thank you all for your prayers and your financial support of Fair Havens Missions. We are so grateful for together we are ministering to the needs of so many people, and the Word of God is going forth with awesome results. Please know that you can access our prayer alerts and newsletters on our website: *www.fairhavensmissions.org* Visit those ministries that are linked to ours as well, for you will be blessed. Also, I want to thank those of you who pray for me and help me personally. I thank God for you each and every day. To reach me personally: myrnamiddleton@bellsouth.net  or by telephone: *(912) 265-0019*. I love hearing from you!

Until next month, worship Him with every word of your mouth, every deed of your hand, and every beat of your heart. May each one of you be abundantly blessed by the only One who is worthy of all our love, honor and praise.

Love in Yeshua,

Myrna
